5. Oceanus. Close to Aquarius to have the water you love, but far enough away to not have the nasty water elementals you don’t, Oceanus has tropical islands, beaches, cloud resorts and underwater getaways. Originally Oceanus was not populated, but lucky for us a travel agent from earth fell through a rift and made this place her home. So while Oceanus does have every amenity a traveler could desire, it is on the expensive side.
